How Does This Work?
It’s simple to boost your score, just follow these 3 easy steps.
- Fill out the Credit Boost Recipient Form in its entirety
- Submit payment by clicking on the "Buy Now" button next to the credit card, or package you would like to purchase on the DECIDE page.
- Sign and return the Credit Renting Agreement, along with a copy of your valid Social Security card and driver's license. We will send the Agreement to you, via email, as soon as steps 1 & 2 are completed.
Once your BoostMyScore.NET Credit Analyst has received all three of the above items, your Social Security Number, name, and date of birth will be sent to the primary account holder, via encrypted email - designed specifically to automatically delete itself in 30 days - for the card you wish to be added to. The cardholder will then log in to their credit card company's web site and add you as an authorized user to their account. Next they will copy/paste the confirmation from the web site into an email and send it to your Credit Analyst, who will then forward it to you, thus completing the first of two confirmations.
Your second confirmation can be expected within 10 days. It will be a copy of the physical credit card itself with your name imprinted on it and the account number cut out for security purposes. You obviously do not get any access to this credit line; only the benefit from having its history listed on your credit report. The credit account will appear on your credit report in less than 60 days, guaranteed, which is expected to immediately boost your FICO score.
The credit history is guaranteed to remain on your credit report for at least 60 days, but in most cases will remain for 6-18 months. Most of our very first clients from 5 years ago still have their first credit cards appearing in their credit reports.
